1. Introduction
Welcome to Flowerist! By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be fully paid before preparation or delivery begins.
Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders without prior notice.
3. Product Availability & Substitution
All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions may be made where necessary to maintain overall style, value, and quality.
4. Collection & Delivery Arrangements
Self-collection and delivery are separate fulfilment methods. Customers are responsible for selecting and confirming their preferred fulfilment method at the point of order.
Requests to change from self-collection to delivery are subject to availability and standard delivery charges apply. Complimentary delivery will not be provided for last-minute changes.
5. Peak Period Service Limitations
During peak festive periods (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year and major promotional dates), Flowerist operates under significantly higher order volume.

Self Collection/Delivery timings are estimated only and subject to real-time operational flow.

Delays may occur and do not constitute service failure.

Collection locations during peak periods may differ from usual locations and will be communicated in advance.

Customers are responsible for remaining contactable on the day of collection or delivery.
6. Refunds on Peak Days
If fulfilment timing cannot be aligned due to peak-day operational constraints, refunds may be offered at Flowerist’s discretion. Once a refund is processed, the order is considered cancelled and void, and no further claims shall be entertained.
7. Wedding Orders & Payment Timeline

For all wedding packages, full payment is required at least one (1) month prior to the event date to secure a booking slot.

For last-minute wedding orders, full payment must be made no later than three (3) days before the event date, subject to availability and Flowerist’s confirmation.

Wedding booking slots are only considered secured upon our written acknowledgement of the order and receipt of full payment.

Flowerist reserves the right to decline or refund any last-minute payments made without prior confirmation or acknowledgement.

Payments made without prior order confirmation do not guarantee availability of slots, designs, or services.
