Shipping policy

Order Lead Time & Same-Day Delivery

We require a minimum of 3 hours after payment to prepare bouquets.
Last order cut-off for same-day 9 PM – 11 PM delivery is 5:00 PM.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will have the earliest available delivery or pickup slot from 12 PM the next day.

Delivery vs Self-Collection

Delivery and self-collection are separate services.
Requests to change fulfilment method after order confirmation are subject to availability and delivery charges apply. Complimentary delivery will not be provided for last-minute changes.

Peak Period Delivery & Collection

During festive periods, delivery slots and collection timings are subject to availability and real-time operational flow.
Specific delivery or collection times cannot be guaranteed. Delays during peak periods do not constitute service failure.

Redelivery Policy

If no one is available during the selected delivery time slot, a redelivery fee of $15 – $25 may apply depending on location.
