Refund policy

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and customised floral arrangements, all sales are final once preparation has begun.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or collection date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection date are non-refundable, as flowers and materials are already procured and prepared.

Festive & Peak Periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, CNY):

  • Orders placed for peak periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated.

  • Self Collection and Delivery timings during festive periods are estimated only and subject to real-time operational flow. Delays do not constitute service failure.

  • If collection timing cannot be aligned due to peak-day operational constraints, a refund may be offered at our discretion. Once a refund is processed, the order is considered cancelled and void.

Change of Fulfilment Method:

  • Requests to change from self-collection to delivery are subject to availability and delivery charges will apply. Complimentary delivery will not be provided for last-minute changes.

Last-Minute Orders & Unacknowledged Payments:

  • For services required within seven (7) days of the event or delivery/collection date, Flowerist reserves the right to accept, decline, or refund any payment made without prior confirmation or acknowledgement of the order.

  • Payments made for last-minute orders do not guarantee availability of slots, designs, or services until Flowerist has formally acknowledged and confirmed the order.

  • Where Flowerist is unable to fulfil a last-minute order due to capacity or operational constraints, a refund may be processed, and the order will be considered cancelled and void.
